Today’s tasks

Clef matches each email against your routing rules. The first enabled match wins; anything unmatched needs your decision. Clef only reads and routes mail. It never replies.

Routing rules

Checked top to bottom: the first enabled rule that matches wins.

Otherwise → Unassigned, needs your decision.

Rule edits are previewed first. Tasks you reassigned by hand are never moved by a rule change.

Audit trail

Every routing decision is logged with who was assigned what and when. Emails containing account numbers or SSNs go to one restricted handler and are redacted on screen.
